Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Cymbra services (published by NEETROF), you agree to these terms.

1. The Cymbra services

Cymbra is a family of services published by NEETROF, accessible through a single Cymbra account. These terms form the common core applicable to all Cymbra services; specifics of each product are set out in an annex (see Annex A — Cymbra Music). The services are provided “as is” and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.

You agree not to: circumvent security, abuse the service (excessive load, unauthorised automation), impersonate others, or use Cymbra for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The Cymbra applications and services, their code (Apache 2.0 licence for the code — see the repository https://github.com/NEETROF/cymbra) and their content remain the property of their respective holders. The “Cymbra” name and logo are trademarks of NEETROF and are not licensed to you (see TRADEMARKS.md). You keep ownership of your own content.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cymbra is provided without warranty and NEETROF shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.

Annex A — Cymbra Music

The following provisions apply specifically to the Cymbra Music service, in addition to the common core above.

A.1 The service

Cymbra Music is a connected music practice and lessons application for musical instruments (keyboard / MIDI).

A.2 Content you make available

Cymbra Music lets you upload your own content, in particular scores and piano sounds (soundfonts).
