By creating an account or using the Cymbra application (published by NEETROF), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cymbra is a connected music practice and lessons application for musical instruments. The service is provided “as is” and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address (or sign in with Google/Apple) and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app; deletion is irreversible (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: circumvent security, abuse the service (excessive load, unauthorised automation), impersonate others, or use Cymbra for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The application, its code (Apache 2.0 licence for the code — see the repository https://github.com/NEETROF/cymbra) and its content remain the property of their respective holders. The “Cymbra” name and logo are trademarks of NEETROF and are not licensed to you (see TRADEMARKS.md). You keep ownership of your own content.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cymbra is provided without warranty and NEETROF shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
